Indonesia

In Indonesia, we focus on single-family home business in the Jakarta metropolitan area and Makassar city on Sulawesi Island. With the utilization of our knowledge in design and construction, we supply high-quality, well-designed housing with excellent functionality.
We are pursuing on developing project for building that has acquired the EDGE Certification*, which is granted to buildings with low environmental impact.

*EDGE is a green building certification developed by IFC, a World Bank affiliated institution, and is mainly practiced in countries of the Global South.

Thailand

We are developing condominium for sale in Bangkok and Spec homes in the suburbs of Bangkok in collaboration with major local developers handling Spec homes and hotel businesses. HYDE Heritage Thonglor, which is currently on the market, is a 44-story luxury condominium located in the center of Bangkok and a 5-minute walk from the nearest station (1-minute walk from a Skywalk exit). In particular, its concierge service is very popular among both local and international customers.
As for Spec homes, our suburban single-family home development, Lake Forest, is advancing with the greening of parks and lake area within the development area. This project provides a quiet living environment for approximately 1,400 households.

Vietnam

In Vietnam, we are developing housing complexes and township through partnerships with local developers and Japanese companies. In Phu My Hung area, a high-class residential area in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, we developed a condominium called "Midtown" with a total of approximately 2,400 units, in collaboration with a major local developer and other Japanese companies.
Furthermore, we are developing a township in Binh Duong Province, located adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with a local developer and a Japanese company. We aim to create a sustainable township and contribute to carbon neutrality in Vietnam by combining our expertise in decarbonization strategies, design and construction, and the expertise of our partners.

China

Dalian Sumirin Information Technology Service (Dalian ITS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry, operates in Dalian, Liaoning Province, which is a global center of outsourcing business. Dalian ITS offers a comprehensive suite of BPO services to companies both within and outside our Group. These services encompass CAD drawing and 3D model creation for the construction and housing sectors, as well as various back-office operations. By leveraging its expertise in areas such as BIM and cost estimation, Dalian ITS delivers tailored support services to meet diverse customer needs.
