In Indonesia, we focus on single-family home businesses in Bekasi, Jakarta, in collaboration with local developers. With the utilization of our knowledge in design, we supply high-quality, well-designed housing with excellent functionality.
On top of this, in central Jakarta, we are developing condominiums, offices, and commercial and mixed-use complexes for sale with local developers and Kumagai Gumi, which has had a business alliance with us.
We are developing condominiums for sale in Bangkok and Spec homes in the suburbs of Bangkok in collaboration with major local developers handling Spec homes and hotel businesses. HYDE Heritage Thonglor, which is currently on the market, is a 44-story luxury condominium located in the center of Bangkok and a 5-minute walk from the nearest station (1-minute walk from a Skywalk exit). In particular, its concierge service is very popular among both local and international customers.
In Phu My Hung area, a high-class residential area in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, we are developing a condominium called "Midtown" with a total of approximately 2,400 units, in collaboration with a major local developer and other Japanese companies. This is the first project in which a Japanese company has been involved in the area. The Phu My Hung area is 8 km or a 20 minute drive from District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City's business center. It is one of the largest real estate development areas in Southeast Asia, with surrounding facilities including schools, international hospitals, offices, commercial facilities, public facilities, and park promenades.
We have developed a condominium complex for sales called “Soeng Jyu/2GETHER” in collaboration with a major developer listed locally in Hong Kong (completed in December 2017). It is a 25-story complex (including 222 housing units, a commercial facility, day care center, and parking lot) located in the Tuen Mun area of Hong Kong. It won a Five Star Housing award in the Housing category at an evaluation conference hosted by the Hong Kong Professional Building Inspection Academy 2018, for its environmentally-friendly design through the adoption of wall greening and the excellent quality of the housing it provides.
In Dalian, Liaoning Province, the hub of global outsourcing businesses, Dalian ITS (Dalian Sumirin Information Technology Service), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry, has operated BPO including housing CAD business, system operations, and back office operations within and outside our groups.
